FAME Nutrition("we", "us", "our") helps people improve their metabolic and overall health. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Because some of what we collect is sensitive health information, we treat it with particular care.
Only what you give us
Contact details and the answers you submit — nothing bought from third parties.
Stored securely
Encrypted in transit, in an access-controlled database. Never sold.

01Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to provide:
| Contact details | Name, email and phone / WhatsApp number. |
| Health Score answers | Your assessment responses, which may include sensitive health data: body measurements (BMI, waist-to-hip ratio), resting heart rate, sleep and activity, self-reported blood markers (Vitamin D, HOMA-IR, eGFR, haemoglobin, hs-CRP), and answers about mood, anxiety, relationships and stress. |
| Booking details | The focus, date/time and notes you provide when booking a consultation. |
| Messages | Anything you send through the contact form. |
| Technical data | Standard server logs (e.g. IP, browser) needed to run and secure the site. |
02How we use your information
- To calculate your Health Score and generate your personalized report.
- To respond to you, schedule consultations and deliver the programs you ask for.
- To email your report and notify our clinical team of new enquiries.
- To improve our content and services in aggregate.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health answers for advertising.
03Legal basis
We process your information based on your consent (given when you submit the assessment, a booking or the contact form) and to take the steps you request, such as preparing your report or booking a consultation. You can withdraw consent at any time.
04Storage & security
Your data is stored in a secure, access-controlled PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Payments, when you make them, are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay) — we never store your full card details.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to the database and the clinic inbox is limited to authorised team members.
06How long we keep it
We keep your assessment and contact records only as long as needed to support your care and our legitimate business needs, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction — unless you ask us to keep them (for example, to track your progress) or the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
07Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Export your data.
- Delete your data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent or opt out of follow-ups.
Email fame@revivehospitals.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
08About health information
The Health Score is for guidance and education only. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace advice from a qualified clinician. Any self-reported lab values should be confirmed with your physician.
10Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know.
